HVAC Sheetmetal Trainees, Technicians, and Journeymen

We are looking for HVAC Sheetmetal trainees, technicians, and journeymen. We are looking for individuals who are positive, organized, detail-oriented, flexible and quick learners. Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure trade specific craftsmanship, safety, and productivity is completed at or above ICS standards.

  • Installation of HVAC Sheet Metal systems and components.

  • Be a leader in the field and abilities to install and follow a layout.

  • Ensure safe working practices by identifying and mitigating possible hazardous situations.

  • Ensure trade specific craftsmanship, safety, and productivity is completed at or above ICS standards.

  • Installation of HVAC Sheet Metal systems and components.

  • Be a leader in the field and abilities to install and follow a layout.

  • Ensure safe working practices by identifying and mitigating possible hazardous situations.

  • Knowledge and implementation of trade standards and codes for practical application and have all trade specific hand tools.

  • Assist in problem-solving.

  • Meet Foremen’s productivity and quality expectations.

  • Communicate with your foreman on day-to-day tasks.

  • Hold ICS trade team members accountable; provide positive feedback or corrective action when appropriate.
