SPG - Account Manager

Industrial Commercial Systems, Inc is in search of an experienced Account Manager to join our Special Projects Group. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary (DOE), company vehicle, health benefits, 401k, and paid time off. Our fast moving environment is centered on teamwork and corporate family. We are looking for an Account Manager who is positive, organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and a quick learner. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide our clients with a single point of contact for preconstruction and project management services in SPG.

  • Sell, plan, and execute SPG Projects based on ICS’ values and SPG’s business plans.

  • Build and develop lasting relationships to ensure consistent project revenue and profitability.

Additional duties include:

  • Develop and maintain client relationships to meet set sales goal.

  • Seek bid opportunities from clients.

  • Estimate projects received from clients.

  • Project manage awarded projects: submittals, purchasing, RFIs, closeout, and forecast workforce requirements to SPG Superintendent.

  • Assign project tasks as necessary to team members; clearly defining responsibilities and expectations.

  • Account Managers are responsible for all financial aspects of their projects: SOVs, Change Orders, Billings, Project Reviews, etc.

  • Foster open communication between all SPG team members.

  • Ensure safe practices; be proactive in identifying project hazards to minimize risk.

  • Hold SPG project teams accountable; provide positive feedback or corrective action when appropriate.
