Service Account Manager
Industrial Commercial Systems, Inc is in search of an experienced Service Account Manager to join our Service Team. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary (DOE), company vehicle, health benefits, 401k, and paid time off. Our fast moving environment is centered on teamwork and corporate family. We are looking for an Service Account Manager who is positive, organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and a quick learner. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Sell HVAC and Plumbing services to new and established customers based on ICS’ values and Service’s business plans.
Prepare and present proposals for preventative maintenance, repair work, and new equipment installations to achieve yearly sales targets.
Build and develop lasting relationships to ensure consistent revenue and profitability.
Additional duties include:
Develop and maintain client relationships by building trust to ensure repeat business. This includes face-to-face time and jobsite visits when applicable.
Seek new opportunities with new clients to build Preventative Maintenance revenue.
Prepare proposals for any service recommended repairs and any service related needs within the HVAC and Plumbing areas.
Bid and obtain Commercial Construction and Special Projects maintenance agreements.
Problem solve service issues for customers.
Maintain sales logs (daily) and sales charts (monthly).
Maintain proper documentation for bids, quotes, and customer contact.
Foster open communication between all service team members.
Ensure safe practices.
Hold service team members accountable.
