Pre Construction - Sales Manager

Industrial Commercial Systems, Inc is in search of an experienced Sales Manager to join our Pre Construction Team. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary (DOE), company vehicle, health benefits, 401k, and paid time off. Our fast moving environment is centered on teamwork and corporate family. We are looking for a Sales Manager who is positive, organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and a quick learner. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage and lead all sales efforts (CC, SPG, & Service) through education of sales methods and strategies.

  • Keep the Salesforce focused on their project(s) at hand by supporting and organizing their efforts.

  • Hold Salesforce accountable with supervision of Division Managers.

  • Develop and sustain a high-performance sales team with Division Managers.

Additional duties include:

  • Learn the continuous sales needs for each ICS Division.

  • Implement and utilize a CRM System to track sales and clients.

  • Hold regularly scheduled sales meetings.

  • Attend Pre-Construction’s weekly estimating meetings.

  • On a weekly/daily basis, coordinate with Division Managers and the Pre-Construction Manager.

  • Assist with implementing the strategic sales plan with Sales Engineers and Account Managers for each preconstruction project.

  • With input from Division Managers, establish sales quotas for each Sales Engineer/Account Manager.

  • Work with Pre-Con Coordinator and Sales Engineers/Account Managers to schedule client social events.

  • Sales Manager will service two to three clients.

  • Recruit and manage sales personnel for all divisions with Division Manager’s supervision.

  • Ensure safe practices; be proactive in identifying project hazards to minimize risk.

  • Hold team members accountable; provide positive feedback or corrective action when appropriate.
