Commercial Construction - Project Manager
Industrial Commercial Systems, Inc is in search of an experienced Project Manager to join our Commercial Construction Team. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary (DOE), company vehicle, health benefits, 401k, and paid time off. Our fast moving environment is centered on teamwork and corporate family. We are looking for a Project Manager who is positive, organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and a quick learner. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Plan and execute Commercial Construction projects based on ICS values and objectives.
Develop project solutions with a team-based approach.
Lead ICS’ project teams to yield safe, consistent, profitable, and high-quality construction results.
Additional duties include:
Develop and maintain good-standing relationships with our clients; provide timely responses and leveraging additional sales opportunities.
Formulate the high-performance project team.
Develop and mentor ICS’ project team members.
Consistently utilize ICS’ planning processes (For Example: Kickoff, Turnover, Planning, Critical Path and weekly Operations meetings) to establish and execute project plans.
Establish specific project goals with the ICS project team and monitor those targets.
Assign project tasks as necessary to team members; clearly defining responsibilities and expectations. (For Example: Submittals, Purchasing, RFIs, Pre-Fab, Closeout, etc.)
Project Manager is ultimately responsible for all financial aspects of their projects. (For Example: SOVs, Change Orders, Billings, Project Reviews, etc.)
Be proactive in identifying issues and opportunities, and solving problems.
Ensure safe practices; be proactive in identifying project hazards to minimize risks.
Hold ICS project teams accountable; provide positive feedback or corrective action when appropriate.
